BRS MLC Kavitha to Spend the Night at ED Office!

K Kavitha, who was arrested in connection with a liquor case, has been moved to Delhi by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials. She is expected to reach the ED's headquarters after 11:30 PM tonight and will be kept there overnight. There are chances that Kavitha will be presented in court tomorrow afternoon for further investigation into the liquor case, as ED officials are likely to seek her custody. On the other hand, Kavitha is planning to challenge her arrest by filing a petition in court.


When Kavitha was being taken out from her residence in Hyderabad, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) workers attempted to obstruct the process. This led to a situation where the police had to resort to a lathi charge to control the crowd. Roads leading to the ED office in Delhi were blocked, and section 144 was imposed in the surrounding areas to prevent gatherings.
