YS Sunitha Urges Public Not to Vote for Jagan's Party, Cites Unresolved Viveka's Murder Case

New Delhi: YS Sunitha, daughter of the late YS Vivekananda Reddy, stated that politics should not involve murders. She mentioned that wherever she goes, people inquire about Viveka's murder case and expressed her distress over the prolonged investigation of her father's murder case. She thanked TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu, Jana Sena leader Pawan Kalyan, and MP Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju for their support in her fight for justice, along with everyone who stood by her side. She made these remarks while speaking with the media in Delhi.

Sunitha criticized efforts to protect the accused in the case, YS Avinash Reddy and Bhaskar Reddy, questioning the lack of progress in the CBI investigation and the unknown pressures hindering it. She emphasized that a trial is necessary for the culprits to be punished, arguing that the accused should be acquitted if innocent or convicted if guilty.

She questioned the CBI's decision to return without arresting Avinash in Kurnool, asking if such a situation has ever occurred before. Sunitha raised concerns about the incomplete CBI investigation and alleged Jagan of protecting the accused. She claimed that political murders have increased under the YSRCP government and urged people not to vote for her brother Jagan's party in the upcoming elections.
