Kavitha meets KCR at farmhouse following CBI notices

Hyderabad: BRS MLC Kavitha has received notices from the CBI in connection with the Delhi liquor scam. She was asked to appear for an inquiry today (26th) at their office in Delhi under Section 41A notices. Previously, Kavitha was only a witness in this case. However, the CBI has now issued new notices, treating her as an accused. In response, Kavitha wrote a letter to the CBI.

In her letter, Kavitha requested the withdrawal of the notices issued under CRPC Section 41A, arguing they contradicted the earlier Section 160 notices. She mentioned that she is available for inquiry via virtual methods if the CBI needs any clarifications. With the Lok Sabha elections approaching, Kavitha noted her responsibilities in election campaigning and stated her inability to appear in Delhi for the inquiry. She requested the CBI to reconsider the suspension of the notices in light of the elections.

On the other hand, in light of the CBI notices, Kavitha met her father, BRS leader KCR. She visited the farmhouse to discuss this matter with KCR.
