Chandrababu burns GO No1 copy in bonfire of Bhogi

Naravaripalle (Chittoor dist), Jan 14: Former chief minister and TDP national president, Nara Chandrababu Naidu, extended Sankranti greetings to all Telugus in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, as well as those abroad. As a mark of protest, Naidu burned a copy of GO No 1 in the traditional Bhogi bonfire in his native place, Naravaripalle, in the Chittoor district.

In a speech to the gathering, Naidu said that Sankranthi is a significant festival for Telugu people and praised the contributions of the late Potti Sriramulu and NT Rama Rao to the state. He also emphasized the importance of the youth as a country's asset and highlighted the success of the IT sector which he had encouraged.

Naidu expressed his concern over the poor condition of roads in the state and reiterated his suggestion to Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the G-20 preparatory meeting to prepare a vision document for 2047. He also criticized the ruling parties for not thinking about the future of the younger generation and for filing false cases against him and not providing security for his meetings.

Naidu emphasized that his fight is not for personal gain, but for the welfare of the people of Andhra Pradesh, and stated that he has the support of five crore people of the state.
