RGV meeting with Jagan raises eyebrows; maverick director to make a political film

Hyderabad: Maverick director Ram Gopal Varma's meeting with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy all of a sudden raised eyebrows. It is learnt that the meeting lasted for about 45 minutes on Wednesday. Immediately, news about this meeting went viral on social media.

Finally, Verma gave clarity on this matter on his Twitter handle. “I am going to make a political film called 'Vyuham' very soon. This is not a biopic, but it is a deeper real pic than a biopic," Varma revealed the details of the meeting with a series of tweets.

Here is the series of tweets by Ram Gopal Varma...

“I am going to do a political movie called 'Vyuham' very soon ..it is not a biopic … real pic than a biopic. Even in a biopic, there may be lies, but in a real pic, there are 100 per cent truths. The story of ‘Vyuham’ which arose from the struggle between pride and ambition, is filled with the poison of political intrigues.”

This movie will be released in two parts...first part ‘Vyuham’, second part ‘Sapatham’ ... both will have plenty of political anarchy. Before the people of the state can recover from the shock of the first film ‘Vyuham’, they get another electric shock in Part 2 ‘Sapatham’.

“Dasari Kiran is the producer of ‘Vyuham’ film, who had previously made Vangaveeti's film with me. No one will believe me if I say that this film is not an election target, I don't need to tell you what to say and what not to say.”
