Threat to my family from Liger distributors, Puri Jagannadh complains to cops

Hyderabad, October 27: Tollywood director Puri Jagannadh has complained to Jubilee Hills police alleging that his family has threat from buyers and distributors of Liger. In the complaint, he accused distributor Warangal Srinu and financier Sobhan of instigating others to attack his family members and sought police protection.
 
Recently, director in an audio clip reportedly leaked on social media said that buyers and distributors of Liger are threatening him to stage a protest in front of his house if money is not returned to them. Buyers and distributors have suffered a huge loss after Vijay Deverakonda starrer Liger helmed by Puri Jagannadh bombed at box office.
 
Even though, Jagannadh has no responsibility for movie flop, but he assured them to compensate to some extent for the loss. Despite promise, lead distributor is not convinced and motivating other distributors to organise a stir opposite Puri’s house. The police registered a case and took up an investigation.
