Not scared of PM Modi, ED: KTR

Hyderabad, October 12: TRS working president K. Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been trying to threaten the Opposition leaders by directing the CBI and ED to raid their premises.

Addressing the extended meeting of the TRSV here on Tuesday, KTR said that the PM and ED cannot scare the TRS. “Why should we fear when we did not make any mistake,” he stated and demanded the PM to give explanation about insisting the then Sri Lankan president Gotabaya Rajapaksa to sanction a 500-megawatt wind power plant project to the Adani Group in island nation.

KTR termed Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and his brother Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy as coverts. He flayed Congress MP Venkat Reddy for skipping Munugode by-election campaign and heading to Australia tour. “TRS is ready to withdraw from Munugode bypoll if Central government announces sanctioning of Rs 18,000 crore to Nalgonda district development,” he challenged.
