AP Cabinet reshuffle likely in Nov, four including woman minister may be sacked

Tadepalli, September 8: According to sources, Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is seriously considering Cabinet reshuffle in November and likely to replace four new faces. After the Cabinet meeting on Wednesday, the CM extended his interaction with ministers for an hour. He reportedly expressed anger over a few ministers for not responding to criticism of Opposition on their departments.

Jagan Reddy informed them that he will sack three or more ministers if they fail to improve their performance in the next two months. A report on the working style of ministers reached the CM. One of the main points mentioned in the report was that certain ministers have no complete understanding about their departments even after six months.

“Some ministers are not defending the state government when Opposition making allegations and fail to highlight the good works done by the YSRCP government,” the report said. It came to the notice of the CM that a few ministers are enjoying power but not interested in discharging responsibilities.
