Kakinada: WhatsApp chat reveals wife murdered public prosecutor with paramour’s help

Kakinada: Death of Mohammad Akbar Azam, who was working as a public prosecutor at POCSO Court here, turned out to be murder. According to police, Ahmadunnisa Begum, wife of Azam, made him to consume sleeping tablets on the night of June 23. After he fell asleep, she killed him with overdose of chloroform supplied by medical representative Kiran. 
 
While they were executing murder plan, Begum’s paramour businessman Rajesh Jain stood at the apartment’s gate to ensure no one came for Azam. Ahmadunnisa convinced Azam’s parents and brothers that his death wad natural. 
 
However, Azam’s father Hussain grew suspicious after he saw WhatsApp chat between Begum and Rajesh in the mobile which was given by his deceased son few months ago after he bought a new mobile to his wife. Hussain lodged a complaint with police on August 17. The police registered a case and took three into custody for interrogation.
