Lives of petty businessmen turned miserable in YSRCP rule: Nara Lokesh

Vijayawada, August 18: TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh on Wednesday said that lives of petty businessmen have become miserable in the YSRCP rule. Addressing a meeting here organised by the TDP commerce wing, he alleged that TTD chairman Y.V. Subba Reddy, Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, MP V. Vijayasai Reddy and AP government advisor Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy are looting the state.

Lokesh said that law and order situation in the state has deteriorated under Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s administration. “There is severe shortage of sand in AP as it is being smuggled to Tamil Nadu and Karnataka states,” he alleged.

The TDP leader stressed on the need for decentralisation of development with centralised administration. “Businessmen are not coming forward to set up industries in state after Jagan became CM,” he mentioned and assured of scrapping taxes imposed by the YSRCP government on petty businessmen once the TDP comes to power.
