KCR to undertake aerial survey today to assess Kadem project, flood-hit areas
Hyderabad, July 25: Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao on Monday will undertake aerial survey of Kadem project in Nirmal district and flood-hit areas. He will also inspect SRSP, Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project and interact with people affected by floods.
The CM was supposed to take up aerial survey on July 18 but postponed due to inclement weather and presidential elections. He visited flood-ravaged Bhadrachalam town and Eturunagaram on July 17 and 18 and announced allocation of Rs 1,000 crore for developing embankment around Sri Sitaramachandra Swamy temple and construction of residential houses for people living in low-lying areas in temple town.
