SSC results: Pawan Kalyan blames YSRCP govt for less pass percentage

Amaravati, June 8: Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan made YSRCP government responsible for less pass percentage in recently announced SSC results. In a press release on Wednesday, he said that 67.26 per cent result for the academic year 2021-22 is far less compared to previous years.
The Jana Sena chief asked as to what is the use of spending Rs 16,000 crore towards improving infrastructure in government schools under the Nadu-Nedu programme when 2 lakh students failed in SSC exams.

Pawan Kalyan slammed the AP government for not filling vacant teacher posts by conducting DSC. “Instead of teaching, teachers were assigned other duties such as monitoring mid-day meal scheme and cleanliness of toilets in schools, leading to decrease in pass percentage,” he mentioned.

The actor-politician demanded that the Jagan government should add 10 grace marks for failed students and to conduct supplementary exams without collecting fee from students, and re-counting of answer sheets should be done free of cost.
