CM Jagan accepted Chandrababu’s proposal of renaming Konaseema district: GVL

Nellore, May 26: BJP Rajya Sabha member GVL Narasimha Rao on Thursday said here that Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy accepted proposal of TDP national president N. Chandrababu Naidu and renamed Konaseema district as Dr. BR Ambedkar Konaseema district.

Talking to reporters, the MP demanded that Chandrababu should declare his stand on renaming Konaseema district after Dr. BR Ambedkar Konaseema district. “If Chandrababu is opposing then he is going against the proposal he made to the CM,” he stated.

GVL has made it clear that the BJP has more respect and reverence towards Ambedkar than any other political party. He categorically mentioned that the BJP will have poll alliance only with Jana Sena in 2024 Assembly elections. “My party high command already gave road map for election tie-up between the BJP and Jana Sena,” he said and termed both TDP and YSRCP as corrupt and family-ruled parties. Other AP BJP leaders were present.
