These directors delivered blockbusters for Mahesh Babu; Parasuram to toe their line

Hyderabad: Director Parasuram, who scored a massive hit with ‘Gita Govindam, has joined the star directors list. As part of movie promotions, he is giving interviews to the media and TV channels and his latest offering 'Sarkaru Vaari Pata' is hitting the screens on May 12. In one of his interviews, he spoke about his native place and how he has decided to do a film with Super Star Mahesh Babu.

"I was born and raised in 'Narsipatnam' near Vizag. Director Gunasekhar and  Puri Jagannadh, too, hail from his hometown. So, I have a good rapport with both of them. Gunasekhar gave a blockbuster hit to Mahesh Babu with 'Okkadu' while Puri gave a sensational hit to Mahesh with the movie 'Pokiri'.

With that, I also decided to do a movie with Mahesh Babu, which should hit the bullseye. I assume that it will be fulfilled with this movie. I wrote this story only for Mahesh Babu and if he does not accept the film, I could not have done it with any other hero, he said.
