Anchor Suma wants to explore horror-comedy genre in films
Hyderabad: Suma, who has been focusing on television from the very beginning, has now acted in the film 'Jayamma Panchayati'. The movie will be released on May 6. It is a story woven around naturally occurring events in a rural setting. So, Suma is very busy with film promotions.
In a recent interview, she said, "I have proved what I am in TV shows. But, if I want to get better opportunities in movies, too, this movie should do well to write stories and characters keeping me in mind. I am waiting for such an outcome. I have to see what would be audience response only after the release of the movie.”
“An offer also came from OTT. I and Rajiv wanted to do it together. But, the dates could not be adjusted. There is a possibility of doing OTT projects in the future. I want to explore horror and comedy genre in films,” she said.
