Prank video: Telangana HRC accepts complaint against Tollywood hero Vishwak Sen

Hyderabad, May 2: Based on the complaint filed by lawyer Arun Kumar, the Telangana State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) registered a case against Tollywood hero Vishwak Sen. In the complaint, Arun alleged that Vishwak Sen had committed three mistakes to promote his upcoming film ‘Ashoka Vanamlo Arjuna Kalyanam.' He stated that a person enacted a drama of committing suicide in front of actor’s vehicle in the middle of the road by pouring petrol on him.

Arun stated that in the name of a prank video, they had created fear among people, and public nuisance by causing traffic jam to commuters. He made it clear that he has no personal enmity with the actor as he doesn’t know him.

However, Tollywood producer and BJP leader Chitti Babu had defended the hero for doing the prank video. He said that video was done only to promote their film as people are not coming to theatres to watch films post lockdown.
