B. Tech student death: 3 more arrested from AP in drugs case

The police arrested three more accused from Andhra Pradesh in the drugs case related to B. Tech student, who fell ill and died in a week after consuming excess banned substance, and recovered 840 grams of hash oil from them. One of the three accused was identified as Nagesh. 
 
In the probe, it was found that deceased in the past was caught by cops for selling drugs in Hyderabad. He used to visit Goa to procure drugs. On Tuesday, the cops nabbed key accused Lakshmipathi. Based on his information, the police took the accused into custody.
 
According to cops, Lakshmipathi had served jail sentence two times in the past. He did not mend his ways and continued to supply ganja and hash oil after releasing from prison. The other four, who were took into the custody are drug consumers. The total number of persons arrested in the case rose to 7.
