Good news for IPL fans, BCCI to allow 50 per cent occupancy

Mumbai: The latest decision by the BCCI is really good news for cricket lovers. During the current IPL season, only 25 per cent occupancy is allowed in the stadiums due to Corona protocol. However, the BCCI on Friday took a crucial decision to increase the 25 per cent occupancy to 50 per cent.

It is learnt that the Maharashtra government has announced that the Corona sanctions will be completely relaxed in the state from April 2. The BCCI has given the green signal to 50 per cent occupancy in the stadiums where all the matches of the IPL, which will last for two months, will be played in Maharashtra. Book My Show said in a statement on Friday that tickets will be available for all matches starting April 6 with a 50 percent occupancy.
