Talasani launches a scathing attack on PM Modi

Hyderabad: Launching a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Minister for Animal Husbandry Talasani Srinivas Yadav found fault with Modi as he had said, "Injustice was rendered to both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh the way the Congress had bifurcated the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh" while speaking at millennial celebrations of Ramanujacharya at Munchintal on the outskirts of Hyderabad on Monday.

He said that if Congress does injustice, then you do justice, he demanded the Prime Minister. Continuing his attack, he said that the Central government was showing step-motherly treatment towards Telangana.

He commented that the Prime Minister enacting dramas keeping an eye on the upcoming elections in five states.

He alleged that Modi had used the spiritual programme in Hyderabad for his own selfish ends. Talasani said that he had talked about the Uttar Pradesh elections in a spiritual programme and it was only through his words that he knew how much favour he had done to Telangana.

He opined that one person can represent on behalf of the government to welcome the Prime Minister during his visit. He questioned what is wrong if we boycott the Prime Minister's visit.
