Ramyakrishna to play mother for Kannada star

Ramyakrishna was once a star heroine in yesteryears. She moulded her self the characters to suit her age. Already she appeared the aunt of a star hero. In her recent film Bahubali, she earned a lot of craze across the nation. Her Sivagami character had earned her an image which cannot be erased not only in the Tollywood but in any of the south Indian language films and also in Bollywood.

Now she had agreed to play the mother for a Kannada star hero Puneeth Rajkumar. She will appear in that prestigious role in his next film titled ‘Anjaniputra’. Choreographer Harsha is debuting as the director with this movie and the film is the remake of ‘Puja’ wherein Kollywood hero Vishal played the lead role. Radhika played the mother in the original Tamil version and Ramyakrishna is playing that role in Kannada. Earlier too, Ramyakrishna played the mother of Kicha Sudeep in ‘Manikya’, a Kannada movie. ‘Manikya’ is the Kannada remake version of ‘Mirchi’ (a Telugu film) in which Prabhas played the lead role. It is rumoured in the Tollywood that Ramyakrishna may not leave a chance to play the mother’s roles for Telugu star heroes.
