AP Bar meets Acting CJ, condemns attack on Warangal Judge
A delegation of members of the AP Bar Association on Wednesday called on Acting Chief Justice of Hyderabad High Court, Justice Bhosale, and sought protection to judicial officers from Andhra Pradesh, who were working in Telangana State. They wanted the strict enforcement of the options of the Judicial Officers as per the law. They also requested the Acting Chief Justice to expedite the process of setting up of the High Court for the State of Andhra Pradesh within AP. All the Members condemned the attack on a A.P. Judicial Officer working in Warangal and use of filthy language against the highest Judiciary as well as Judicial Officers. They also brought to the notice of the Acting Chief Justice that all the Judicial officers belonging to Telangana State, who are functioning in the State of A.P., are being treated well and there would be no problem for them while discharging their duties as Judicial Officers. The members also appealed to all the Advocates in Andhra Pradesh to continue the present atmosphere and respect the Judicial Officers in all dignity and keep up the prestige of the Judiciary. The members who called on the Acting chief Justice are Rama Rao Ganta, Krishna Mohan S, Muppalla SubbaRao, Ravindra Kumar Kanakamedala, Srinivasa Reddy V. Chidambaram Kaligineedi, Gokulakrishna B, Brahma Reddy Vattijonnala, Venkata Ramana Murty B, Rami Reddy A, Sunkara Rajendra Prasad and Ravi Guvera P, member of Bar Council of A.P.
