Pawan Kalyan Announces ₹50 Lakh Grant for Konidela Village Development

Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has announced a grant of ₹50 lakh for the development of Konidela village, located in Nandikotkur Mandal of Nandyal district. The announcement was made during his visit to Pudicharla in the erstwhile Kurnool district today, where he laid the foundation stone for farm ponds.

Although Pawan Kalyan’s surname is Konidela, it is not connected to this village. Konidela village is not Pawan Kalyan’s native place. However, upon learning about the village’s condition through the local sarpanch, Pawan Kalyan decided to adopt the village.

The ₹50 lakh funding will be provided from Pawan Kalyan’s personal trust. He assured that he would coordinate with the local MLA to address the needs of Konidela village. Pawan Kalyan promised to instruct officials to ensure all government schemes reach the village’s residents effectively.

He also directed officials to prepare a comprehensive plan for the required developmental activities in the village. Pawan Kalyan stated that he would visit Konidela village soon to monitor the progress.
