IPL Match at Uppal Tomorrow: Prohibited Items List Announced by Police

The IPL season is set to kick off today, and extensive security arrangements have been made for the matches scheduled to be held in Hyderabad. According to Rachakonda Commissioner of Police Sudheer Babu, a security force of 2,700 police personnel has been deployed, along with surveillance through 450 CCTV cameras placed both inside and outside the stadium.
Spectators are strictly prohibited from bringing certain items into the stadium, including laptops, banners, water bottles, cameras, cigarettes, umbrellas, electronic gadgets, matchboxes, lighters, sharp objects, binoculars, pens, batteries, helmets, perfumes, bags, and outside food items.
To facilitate smooth transportation for fans returning from the match, metro rail services will be available until midnight. The stadium has a seating capacity of 39,000. The first match in Hyderabad will take place tomorrow (Sunday) between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals.
