Telangana School Education Department Announces Half-Day Schools Schedule

The Telangana School Education Department has issued a key announcement regarding half-day schools in the state. From March 15 to April 23, all government, private, and aided primary, upper primary, and high schools will operate from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Official orders have been issued to this effect.

The department has directed Regional Joint Directors and District Education Officers to ensure that all school managements implement these revised timings.

Meanwhile, special classes will continue for students preparing for the Class 10 board examinations, according to the Director of School Education. Schools designated as SSC examination centers will operate from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Additionally, students will receive their midday meals at 12:30 PM before being sent home.
