Infosys co-founder Narayana Murthy has acquired another luxury flat in Bengaluru, as reported by national media. The flat is located in the prestigious Kingfisher Towers, situated in UB City, one of the city's most expensive areas. This is Murthy’s second property in the same high-rise, adding to his real estate portfolio in the city center.

The newly purchased flat is on the 16th floor and spans an impressive 8,400 square feet. It features four bedrooms and comes with parking space for five cars. Reports suggest the flat was purchased for a staggering ₹50 crore, making it one of the highest-value residential property deals in recent times.

The price per square foot for the property is estimated to be around ₹59,500, highlighting its exclusivity. The flat was reportedly purchased from a Mumbai-based businessman, further emphasizing its premium status in the market.
