A 31-year-old man, identified as Vishnuvardhan, tragically died of a heart attack while performing circumambulation (pradakshina) at the Anjaneya Swamy Temple in KPHB, Hyderabad. The young man collapsed suddenly, shocking onlookers and leaving devotees at the temple in deep sorrow. Vishnuvardhan, originally from Kadiri in Satya Sai District, Andhra Pradesh, was working a private job in Hyderabad and was a frequent visitor to the Anjaneya Swamy Temple.

Yesterday morning at around 8:30, Vishnuvardhan arrived at the temple and began performing circumambulations. Suddenly experiencing chest pain, he grabbed onto a temple pillar and then collapsed. Observing this, other devotees quickly responded and attempted CPR in an effort to save his life, but their attempts were unsuccessful. Emergency medical personnel arrived shortly afterward, but by the time they reached the scene, Vishnuvardhan had already passed away. Police have registered the incident and reviewed CCTV footage from the temple, determining the death to be of natural causes.

A similar incident occurred in the Pragathi Nagar area within the KPHB police jurisdiction, where a 37-year-old man named Kalal Praveen Goud suffered a fatal heart attack while shopping at a jacket showroom. Although he was immediately transported to a hospital, doctors confirmed he had already died from a heart attack.
