Notorious conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar, who is currently in Tihar Jail, has expressed his interest in the Rushikonda Palace in Visakhapatnam. From jail, he penned a letter to the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Chandrababu Naidu.
Sukesh requested the CM to either sell him the building or lease it to him. He promised to pay 20% more than the market value to the Andhra Pradesh government. He mentioned that his letter should be considered a formal agreement for the purchase of the property.
Sukesh Chandrasekhar, who is imprisoned for financial fraud, is known for writing letters from jail targeting sensational topics in the country. His latest letter directed at the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh has garnered significant attention.
