Amravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy recently became the center of controversy following a stone pelting incident. TDP leader Bonda Uma has made sharp comments, accusing CM Jagan of staging this "stone drama" out of fear of losing political ground. Bonda Uma likened the incident to the earlier "knife attack drama" and alleged that MP Kesineni Nani and former Minister Vellampalli Srinivas orchestrated it.
Bonda Uma criticized YSRCP leaders for claiming an assassination attempt on the Chief Minister, noting that even YSRCP supporters are not convinced by the allegations as evidenced by their lack of public protest. He demanded the release of call data for Kesineni Nani and Vellampalli Srinivas, pointing out suspicions about one Vanka Srinu's involvement and questioning why the power was cut at the time of CM's arrival.
Furthermore, Uma referenced past incidents where TDP leaders were attacked without any consequent legal action, questioning the fairness in legal proceedings between ruling and opposition parties. He assured that once in power, his party would unveil the truth behind this incident and announced plans to meet with the Governor. Lastly, Bonda Uma called for an eye examination for Vellampalli in the presence of media to verify his injuries, further highlighting the alleged discrepancies in the YSRCP's narrative.
