CM KCR reaches out to non-BJP CMs, Oppn leaders to corner BJP in Parliament
Hyderabad, July 15: Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) on Friday spoke over phone with non-BJP CMs and Opposition leaders at national-level to launch a massive attack on the BJP in the monsoon session of the Parliament which will begin from July 18.
KCR spoke with West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, Tamil Nadu CM M.K. Stalin, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav, Leader of the Opposition in the Bihar Assembly Tejashwi Yadav and NCP chief Sharad Pawar. All of them have assured to extend support to the TRS in the Parliament for launching battle against the ruling BJP over economic policies of the Modi government while safeguarding interests of Telangana.
According to reports, the TRS chief will be directing the TRS MPs in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha to raise issues which he spoke on July 2 in Hyderabad after felicitating UPA presidential candidate Yashwant Sinha.
