Babu meets Japanese trade chief for investment in AP
The touring Chief Minister, Chandrababu Naidu, was on Monday meeting with Japanese industrialists, inviting them to set up industry in Andhra Pradesh, which would offer all facilities and speedily. On Monday, Chandrababu met Jetro president Yasushi Akahoshi. He explained the facilities available in Andhra Pradesh for new industry. The State was conducive to trade and commerce. Jetro stands for Japan External Trade Organisation. Chandrababu is en route to China. Yasushi Akahoshi is Director, Americas Division, at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) of the Government of Japan. In this position, he is responsible for bilateral and multilateral issues. Andhra Pradesh is best for investment. The State government would make all clearances speedily. Already there were good relations with Jetro. Besides, Andhra Pradesh was achieving many-sided growth. The new State has achieved 10.99% growth. It aimed at taking this forward to achieve 15% growth.
