Sarve Satyanarayana is Congress candidate for Warangal by-election?

Hyderabad, Nov 4: With Siricilla Rajaiah formally opting out of November 21 by-election to Warangal Lok Sabha constituency, the Congress party is said to have almost finalised the name of Sarve Satyanarayana for the by-poll. According to party sources, the party high command is said to have held discussions with Satyanarayana and he is expected to travel to Warangal from Hyderabad in a short while from now to file his nomination papers. The nomination papers have to be filed by 3pm today. Congress party's Telangana unit president Uttam Kumar Reddy is said to have rushed to Warangal with an blank B Form application.
