25% Vijayawada men indulge in sexual abuse

Vijayawada, Oct 30: A new study has found that Indian boys are more exposed to risk factors that make them sexual predators. International Centre for Research on Women in collaboration with others organisations conducted the study in several countries across the world. In India, Delhi and Vijayawada were chosen as the study sites. Nearly 25% men surveyed in Vijayawada and Delhi said that they had engaged in sexual violence at some point of time. According to survey, sexual abuse is more prevalent in India when compared to other developing countries. The men who were neglected or were abused during childhood tend to be more sexually violent then others.
