Tehsildar commits suicide

Warangal, Sep 27: M Srinivas (35), Tehsildar of Chityal mandal in Warangal district, allegedly committed suicide at his residence in Hanamkonda. According to reports, Srinivas exchanged heated arguments with his wife, went into a room and hanged himself to death in the evening. Family disputes are said to be the reason for his extreme step. Srinivas is survived by wife and an infant daughter. He was selected through Group-II exam in 2012 and was appointed as Deputy Tehsildar in Adilabad district. He was promoted as Tehsildar in 2013. Srinivas was born in Vedere village of Ramadugu mandal in Karimnagar district. A police team led by Hanamkonda ACP Shobhan Kumar rushed to the spot and took up investigation.
