Will not contest in Warangal by-election: Gaddar

Hyderabad, Sept 14: Clearing the air about the possibility of contesting in the Warangal parliamentary by-election, Telangana's balladeer Gummadi Vittal Rao, famously known as Gaddar, said he was not ready to fight in the elections. He said there was a need for a debate on the issue of elections. Gaddar is a poet, a revolutionary Telugu balladeer and a Naxalite activist. Speaking to media after various Dalit leaders met him today, Gaddar firmly stated that he will not contest in the elections. It may be recalled that various Left parties had requested Gaddar to contest in the by-elections.
