Rahul Gandhi's Hyderabad visit cancelled

Hyderabad, May 14, 2015: Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi's Hyderabad visit has been cancelled. The cancellation of his Hyderabad programme has caused dismay to the party cadres. As per the changed schedule, Rahul Gandhi will directly fly to Nanded from Delhi and from there to Nirmal today. The proposed rally at Hyderabad now stands cancelled. Rahul Gandhi will stay at Nirmal for the night and tomorrow he will participate in the Rythu Bharosa Yatra as usual. According to original schedule, Rahul is slated to come to Hyderabad and Congress leaders from AP are scheduled to meet him at the airport. Even some students and lecturers of Osmania University have also sought an appointment of Rahul Gandhi and are slated to meet him at the airport. Some reports said Rahul Gandhi's trip to Hyderabad has been cancelled due to security reasons.
