Modi, Kharge’s Friendly Gesture in Parliament Goes Viral
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress Chief Mallikarjun Kharge, who are often seen on opposite ends of political debates, were seen sharing a rare moment of camaraderie on Friday. The unexpected encounter took place at the Parliament premises during the Mahaparinirvan Diwas event, held to commemorate the death anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.
As part of the event, Members of Parliament paid their respects to Ambedkar. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge approached Prime Minister Modi and engaged in a brief conversation.
