Allu Arjun Granted Interim Bail in Sandhya Theatre Incident by Telangana High Court

Telugu film actor Allu Arjun has been granted interim bail by the Telangana High Court in connection with the Sandhya Theatre incident. The court provided the actor with four weeks of interim relief.

Allu Arjun was arrested by the Chikkadpally police in relation to the case and subsequently underwent medical examination at Gandhi Hospital. Following the examination, he was presented before the Nampally Court, which remanded him to judicial custody for 14 days, leading to his transfer to jail.

Meanwhile, Allu Arjun filed a quash petition in the High Court seeking the dismissal of the case registered against him in Chikkadpally. During the hearing, the government counsel argued that the quash petition did not qualify as an urgent matter. In response, Allu Arjun's lawyer, Niranjan Reddy, requested the court to grant interim bail as part of the quash petition proceedings.

After hearing arguments from both sides, the High Court decided to grant interim bail to Allu Arjun, providing temporary relief for the actor.
