Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu to Visit Polavaram Project on December 16

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is scheduled to visit the Polavaram project on December 16. This marks another inspection of the project, reflecting his continued focus on its development.

During his previous tenure from 2014 to 2019, Chandrababu regularly visited the Polavaram project site every Monday to review the progress of construction works. He appears to be maintaining this practice even after resuming the Chief Minister's role.

After assuming office earlier this year, Chandrababu visited the Polavaram project for the first time on June 17, which also happened to be a Monday. His upcoming visit on December 16 falls on a Monday as well.

As part of this visit, the Chief Minister plans to discuss the construction of the diaphragm wall with project officials. He will seek detailed updates on the project’s progress, particularly the upcoming construction of the new diaphragm wall scheduled to begin on January 2.

In preparation for the visit, officials have begun making the necessary logistical and administrative arrangements.
