'Pushpa-2' First-Day Collections: How Much Did It Earn?

The latest film Pushpa-2, starring Icon Star Allu Arjun and directed by the talented Sukumar, has taken the box office by storm. Released globally on Thursday, the film received blockbuster reviews, with Allu Arjun delivering a mesmerizing one-man show and Sukumar impressing audiences with his remarkable direction.

The movie, which had already created a buzz through pre-sales bookings, continued its dominance with exceptional first-day collections. Reports suggest that Pushpa-2 made a worldwide collection of approximately ₹175 crore on its opening day, with Andhra Pradesh and Telangana contributing significantly.

In the United States, Pushpa-2 grossed about $4.2 million (₹35 crore) on the first day, as announced by the production house Mythri Movie Makers through a special poster release. The film now ranks as the third-highest opening-day grosser for an Indian movie in the U.S.

Pushpa-2 broke records on BookMyShow, selling 100,000 tickets within an hour of pre-sales. It surpassed the previous record held by Prabhas' Kalki 2898 AD, which had sold 97,700 tickets in an hour.
