Mohan Babu meets Chandrababu Naidu

Hyderabad, July 27: Veteran actor Mohan Babu along with his daughter Manchu Laksmhi meeting TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu became hot topic. Speculations are making rounds about the two-hour meeting of Mohan Babu and Naidu and what they might have discussed at Naidu’s residence in Hyderabad on Tuesday.
 
Mohan Babu entered politics with Telugu Desam Party and elected as MP during late NT Rama Rao’s tenure. Later he distanced himself from the party due to differences with Naidu. Later, Mohan Babu’s family got related with YSR family after the former’s son Manchu Vishnu fell in love with Veronica, the niece of former CM late YS Rajashekhara Reddy and married her. 
 
Mohan Babu staged dharna against the then TDP government over the dues of Sri Vidyaniketan educational institutions and a case was filed against him as election code was in force. The actor joined YSRCP before 2019 elections and campaigned on behalf of the party leaders. Later, he maintained distance from politics. 
 
In this context, Mohan Babu meeting Naidu raising doubts among political circles as well as general public.
 
But, TDP sources clarified that there was nothing political behind the meeting. Mohan Babu invited Chandrababu Naidu for the idol installation programme of Saibaba Temple at Sir Vidyaniketan in Tirupati.
