Will contest against KCR: Eatala

Hyderabad, July 10: Huzurabad BJP MLA Eatala Rajender announced that he will contest against TRS chief and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao in the next Assembly elections. ‘Like the BJP candidate, Suvendu Adhikari defeated Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in West Bengal, I will defeat KCR here,’ he said.
 
During interaction with the media on Saturday, Rajender said that he was striving hard to contest from Gajwel and reminded his earlier statement of contesting from there. Stating that there is a great need to defeat KCR in the State, he said that he already attending several programmes in the constituency and working at root-level.
 
Reminding that he joined the TRS in Gajwel only, Eatala said that he will rewrite history by contesting from the same place. He revealed that there would be mass joining in BJP in near future and special focus was laid on Operation Akarsh.
 
The BJP MLA alleged that the TRS government is attacking Girijans, who are cultivating lands, by not giving rights over podu lands. While the BJP had given chance for a Tribal woman as Presidential candidate, here the TRS government is attacking Girijan women, he criticized. Pointing out that the TRS government hadn’t given even a single acre of assigned land to the poor people, Eatala assured that his party will support Dalits regarding assigned lands.
